Sushi Yuu (寿司勇) located in Roppongi, Tokio opened in 1972. Chef Daisuke Shimazaki serves simple, high-calibre, omakase (お任せ) style sushi that rival some of the world’s most acclaimed sushi dens. Omakase, a Japanese phrase that means, you leave your experience in the hands of the chef - provides seasonal fish depending on the season. In Winter e.g.: tuna, yellowtail, mackerel, cod roe and flounder are delicious. — Sushi Yuu (寿司勇) 1-4-15 Nishiazabu, Minato 106-0031, Tokio
